A LITTLE ABOUT ME
My name is Allyson Ng and I am a qualified Personal, Leadership and Executive Coach and member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
I work with a wide range of clients in the areas of:
- Mental Health and Wellbeing Coaching
- Cognitive Behavioural Coaching
- Resilience, Change and Transformation
- Conflict – managing conflict
- Leadership and managing people skills
For the past 20 years I have worked in the corporate sector in a number of senior management and support roles. During the course of my career, I have become a passionate believer the the principles and practice of coaching being key to enabling people to bring out the best in themselves, driving not only productivity but more importantly, personal growth and satisfaction.
Coaching focusses on a future of possibilities and as such can have a transformational impact. Bringing a client through a coaching journey and having a part to play in enabling them to gain insight and knowledge about themselves and in doing so furthering and achieving their goals, is truly rewarding and a privileged position to be in.
